Twitter - Know your Limits

Twitter enforces various limitations on the things you can do within the social network. This includes the amount of characters you’re allowed in a tweet, the length of your userrname, and how many people you’re able to follow before somebody on the other end goes, “Whoa.”

It isn’t obvious to most Twitter users that there are seven types of Twitter limits that affect regular Twitter users that I have identified so far.

Speed Up your Site With Page Speed Service by Google

Just a few weeks ago, Google announced Instant Pages, a service that pre-renders and then quickly loads some of the top search results for Chrome users. Recently, Google announced the next step in its drive to make all of the web – and not just Google’s own sites – significantly faster. Page Speed Service wants to bring speed-ups to any site on the net that points its DNS entry to Google.

With Page Speed Service, Google just announced a new service that could make your sites load faster. I just took a test for my blog socialglobe.blogspot.com below is the test results i got:

Google + vs Facebook -- Which side are you... ???

Google + vs. Facebook: the debate has begun online and offline, both sides come armed with some pretty strong ammo. Google+ joined the social arena earlier this month with beta testers and changed the game, as some may say, of social networking permanently.
Google +’s features may seem similar to Facebook’s at first glance. With chat functionality, status updates, multimedia sharing and group collaboration capabilities, the two social networks appear pretty similar on paper. Plan your Google Display Strategy using Facebook Ads...

Yeah, it sounds strange, but you can actually learn a lot from Facebook Ads and take those learnings and apply them to your Google Display Campaign. Twitter "Like"ed by More People than Facebook, Google or any other Top 10 websites (except one)

Yes, it was launched just over a year ago and Facebook’s Like button has become very popular on websites throughout the world – a recent study suggested that 10.8% of all sites on the internet use the button on their pages.
It may not always be visible, but all the major sites use Facebook’s Like in some capacity. And it’s very easy to add a Facebook Like button to your own website – simply head over to the Facebook Developers pages, type in your website and grab the code.
And while you’re there, you might want to check out the Like stats for some other websites, too. Maybe your competitors, for example. That’s right – Facebook lets you type in any website into its Like Button Code generator and if they’re using the button you can see their Like stats right there.
By looking at Alexa’s list of the top websites, we can quickly work out which of these is the most ‘Liked’ on the internet. Amazingly, it isn’t Facebook.com. They’re not even close. It isn’t Google, either, who aren’t even as well-Liked as Twitter. Yahoo? LinkedIn? Don’t make me laugh.
So who is it?
